As Returning Officer for the IMAQ Elections, I wish to announce that at the close of nominations on Thursday 7th March, THREE (3) nominations have been received for TWO (2) available EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS for the new IMAQ Committee.

 

A BALLOT is therefore required for TWO (2) EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS only.

 

(Please note that I have received ONE valid nomination for all other IMAQ Committee positions which are therefore not subject to this Ballot)

 

Rules of the Ballot

• Ballot is open from Monday 11th March till 5pm on Friday March 15th.

• Only IMAQ Members are allowed to vote.

• Each Member can only vote ONCE – multiple entries from the same member will be declared null and void.

• Alterations are not allowed on the Form - please use a new form if any errors are made. Ballot forms with any alterations will be declared null and void.

• Mark an “X” against the candidates’ names that you wish to vote for.

•   you may vote for just ONE or TWO candidates.

• Any Ballot form returned with an “X” marked in all 3 boxes will be declared null and void.

• Ballot forms must include your name written legibly and your phone number.

• Ballot forms must be emailed to the designated ballot email address, which is:

imaq2024election@gmail.com

As per Notice of Elections, all positions will be declared on

Monday March 18th, 2024.
